Who we serve
Families or individuals earning 80% or less of the Austin Median Family Income (MFI) are eligible to apply to purchase a home. Austin Habitat for Humanity, our affordability partner, will verify income requirements based on HUD’s annual published MFI limits for the area.

About Austin Habitat for Humanity
Austin Habitat for Humanity is a non-profit, 501c3 affordable housing organization based in Austin, TX, with a vision of a world where everyone has a decent place to live. Through their HomeBase subordinate, Austin Habitat for Humanity is partnering with Momark Development to provide long-term affordability by managing the sale and resale of income-restricted affordable housing at the Canopy at Westgate Grove. The Austin Habitat Fixed Rate Appreciation program allows buyers to build equity and realize value on their real estate investment while also keeping the home affordable for the long-term.
